The therapists were helpful and encouraged me to recover, but I wish I had more time at therapy to continue to improve my mobility. The therapists prepared me to walk on my own, but I still have to practice walking in my shoes again.
Good rooms, workshop facilities and restaurant- the wellness area is also very nice. When the weather allows it the surroundings are great, check out the Storchennest nearby . Currently construction next to the hotel which is a bit too loud in the morning. I would have liked to see my social worker more during my stay. My nurses and aides were very helpful and always available to answer my questions. They were also helpful in sorting out the details of my discharge and medications. The welcome and discharge gifts were a wonderful addition to my stay. We were lucky that the hotel was not fully booked when we were there. But even then we had sometimes trouble to find free loungers. Nevertheless, we would recommend this hotel for a short getaway. Hamilton Park Nursing And Rehabilitation Center is very good.
The nurses are super smart and excellent. And the night nurses are excellent. The nursing staff I had during my stays were nice and helpful. My social worker helped me with my needs.
