I don't think I have any complaints. My social worker was very helpful and answered my questions to the best of her ability. The only concern I had was about my special diet. I have never eaten pork and initially it was something I received in my meals. The staff helped me change it though. I usually don’t have an appetite.
The nurses were excellent and responded to my concerns. The CNAs are exceptionally good and always answered my questions. I was treated well by the Hamilton Park staff.

The pool and spa in the basement is quirky. Spa is self-serve but costs; the pool doesn't cost extra but no towels. However, it is pretty with jets and a tree/cave decor. While reading these reports, keep in mind that the quality of a nursing home may get much better or much worse in a short period of time. These changes can occur when a nursing home's administrator or ownership changes, or when a nursing home's finances suddenly change. These quality measures were selected because they are important.
The nurses are super smart and excellent. And the night nurses are excellent. The nursing staff I had during my stays were nice and helpful. My social worker helped me with my needs.

When my sister and I go every day, the place is very immaculate. They help her with feeding in the mornings, at lunch, and dinner. She has her own TV and everything. The dining areas and the bathrooms are also clean. It doesn't smell like when you're going to other nursing home. I met with the physical therapists, and they're very caring too.
Hello Trippies I spent four days at this hotel. This is the best hotel in Gunzenhausen. The location is great and the included breakfast is quite good. As for the beds...they are quite stiff and not comfortable at all.
I was able to move around on my own to get water or help. Despite the challenges with my mother, she benefitted from being at the facility and from therapy. I saw a difference in her physical progress and she's continuing to improve at home.
Therapists are happy to help me when they see me in the hallway. I am moving around better and ready to go home. My nurse made sure my medications were taken care of during my stay, and told me what I needed to continue doing after my discharge. My room was always taken care of and housekeeping was nice.

The physical therapy is excellent, and the staff is very nice. The physical therapy room is exceptional, the equipment is great, and the therapists are fantastic. I have a friend who was told he will no longer be able to walk, but he went home walking last Wednesday.
